NEW NURSES SUFFERS A LOT (nurses in need) by: RN's

There is a big solid and concrete wall in the Nursing Opportunities.Ten years back I could still recall how hospitals were so kind, generous, kind hearted inviting newly Registered Nurses to come and work with them..trainings done in the wards shorten to few weeks, free meals per shift also as one of their benefits as the newly trained Nurse is about to be hired as a Staff Nurse. Standard practice in the Clinical Area were so strict and with free seminars for updates for them as trainees. It was then a very prestigious from the very start of every Nurse on training since they are very optimistic that for the next few weeks they will be employed as hospital staff. I could almost see smiling faces after their shift and they could even have time to attend to some of their extra activities outside the scope of Nursing.. But ten years after, after those wonderful years of Nursing trainees comes the Waterloo of newly Registered Nurses....The turn out of thousands of Nurses contributes to the dilemma of landing a job.The worst part now is that Training Institutions ( hospitals secondary, tertiary, clinics, lying inns and others took advantage of the so called " NURSES IN NEED ",who were asked to pay thousands of Pesos for their trainings and affiliations equivalent to a piece of paper (certificate) which cannot be considered as worked experience certificate. How I wish they offer a quality/standard skills trainings and lectures that is worth new Nurse is paying for. Some were too tired to become Nurses, they even blamed theorists of making these thories for which it is not possible to be used on this era of drought.( to be continued...)
